SWEAT is an innovative indoor cycling studio. The SWEAT workout will change the way you think about “cardio.” Our motivators (also known as instructors) will have you moving and working to the beat of the music so your mind and body remain engaged.

Unlike traditional cycling classes, added movements will work your shoulders, triceps, biceps, abs and obliques all while your lower body continuously cycles. The result is a calorie-torching, body-toning workout that feels more like a party.
