RockSalt is a literal “farm-to-table” restaurant, owned and operated by Travis Croxton, a 4th generation oyster farmer with a burning desire to support other farmers of land and sea. While seafood-oriented, the attention to local farmers will be omnipresent, thus ensuring there are numerous options on the menu from land and sea to satisfy all palates.

RockSalt seeks out produce, poultry, meats and other artisanal products from small farmers within close proximity to Charlotte and features local brews and ciders on draft, along with a craft cocktail program and world class wines. The restaurant can be described as upscale casual – with a sprawling outdoor patio and a very communal interior design, anchored with the incredible aroma of its wood-fired grill.
